CiRBA Appoints Michael Woeller To Board Of Directors Former CIO of CIBC Brings Experience and Expertise with Large IT Organizations to Data Center Intelligence Company

Toronto, Ontario – June 27, 2006 -CiRBA Inc., a leader in Data Center Intelligence, today announced the appointment of Michael Woeller to the company’s board of directors. Woeller has served in executive IT positions for large organizations including Canada Trust, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and The Toronto-Dominion Bank, part of TD Bank Financial Group. He brings a uniquely informed perspective on the demands that large organizations place on information technology (IT), which will help the software company in delivering added value to a growing number of enterprise customers.

“With years of experience as a senior executive for some of the largest institutions in North America, Mike has insight into the universal challenges faced by very large IT organizations,” said Gerry Smith, president and CEO of CiRBA. “He brings an important point of view to the table, which will be a tremendous asset not only to our board of directors, but also, will ultimately benefit CiRBA’s expanding customer base.”

Woeller previously served as CIO and vice chairman for CIBC, where he was responsible for all technology, banking operations, investment banking operations worldwide and CIBC’s Visa credit card business, the largest in Canada. Prior to CIBC, Woeller was executive vice-president for The Toronto-Dominion Bank, where he developed the merger integration plan for TD Canada Trust, at the time Canada’s largest financial services merger. Previously, Woeller held a number of senior executive positions with Canada Trust, including executive vice-president of direct banking and information services.

“I have been closely involved in IT throughout my career, and have a real interest in the business issues rooted in technology which are driving CiRBA’s adoption. From cost pressure, to reliability to tightening regulations and evolving technology threats, the CiRBA product takes an innovative approach to tackling these problems. Facing these pressures, nearly every large IT organization is struggling to control the data center,” explained Woeller. “I look forward to helping CiRBA define and shape a new approach to Data Center Intelligence.”
